Ian Somerhalder and his rumored girlfriend Nina Dobrev show off their togetherness as they strike a pose for the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine. In the shoot, the Damon and the Elena of "The Vampire Diaries" are also accompanied by their co-star Paul Wesley.
Donning a halter neck sweater, Ian is seen sporting his fierce look while Nina holds him from the back and Paul looks at another direction beside them. In another photo, Ian and Nina are seen wearing sleeveless shirt, while Paul dons a plaid shirt as they jump up in the air.
In an interview session with the magazine, 32-year-old Ian shared his opinion about the competition in the vampire genre. Believing that "Vampire Diaries" has more advantages than other TV or film installments, he gushed, "The whole 'Twilight' thing is about to be over. And teenage girls can't watch 'True Blood' with their parents, that would just get weird. So we're getting ready to kick some major a** this season."
During the chat, Nina also talked about how she feels for having to play both Elena and Katherine on the hit series. "They're both in me," she admitted. "They're both challenging, but they both feed a different part of my soul."
Of the photo shoot for Rolling Stone itself, the 22-year-old actress who will play alongside Emma Watson and Logan Lerman in "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" said, "We've been doing a photo shoot that's unlike any that we've done before." She added, "We're testing the limits of gravity."
