Rihanna: The more I got naked, the more comfortable I felt

It's no surprise to hear that Rihanna is more than happy to whip her clothes off.

The sexy singer, who's renowned for her risqué performances, admits that her confidence grew as she became less inhibited.

'The more naked I got, the more comfortable I felt,' admits Rihanna, 24.'I just had to face my fear.'

Rihanna reckons it's constant self-criticism and the search for perfection that can lead to us wanting to keep our bodies hidden.

'You always find something wrong,' Rihanna tells Women's Fitness magazine.

'You always find something you're uncomfortable with, and one thing turns into another and you get embarrassed and self-conscious about it.
