 Now columnist Josie Gibson, 26, decided to get in shape to impress boyfriend Luke Sanwo, 24, for Christmas..

'I've been at boot camp all week, so I'm well shattered,' she admits.

'I haven't been weighed yet so I don't know how well I've done, but I'm proud of how hard I've pushed myself.

'But while boot camp's going well, Lukey and I hit a stumbling block this week - mostly thanks to my big gob.

'This week I told him I had a sexual dream about Prince Harry.

'I didn't mean to tell him but he wasn't happy.

   Big Brother winner Josie Gibson, 26, is delighted to have found plumber boyfriend Luke Sanwo.

But she knows her own reckless behaviour can get her in trouble.

'Period pains are killing me and I'm suffering the hangover from hell,' she admits.

'Rolling in at 6am doesn't seem like such a good idea now.

'And to add to my woes, my new bloke Luke Sanwo thinks I'm an idiot.

'It all started last night at G-A-Y club.

'I saw a fit cop and gave him my number - not the best move when you've got a boyfriend, eh?

'Racked with drunken guilt, I phoned Luke immediately: "I'm sorry, babe, I just gave my number to a copper. He had handcuffs and was well fit.

'"I don't know what I was thinking".

'He replied: "Josie, it's 5am. You're an idiot... but a harmless, honest idiot. And you'll feel rough tomorrow."

'Seems he was right on both counts.'

Sporting a T-shirt emblazoned with the words ‘be happy', Josie Gibson looked like she was doing exactly that last week.

As she strolled arm 
in arm in the sunshine with her new man Luke, it was clear the former Big Brother winner's 
flop romance with John James Parton is a thing of the past.

The 26-year-old has made no secret of her dreams of finding 
a ‘real man's man' and we hear Luke, 24, ticks all the boxes as he's a plumber.

‘Josie met him on a random night out not so long ago,' says a friend.

‘It was really cute 
as he didn't have a clue who she was.

'So they've spent the past 
few weeks getting to know each other.'
